Camilla Rogers, Ph.D., began graduate training in Clinical Psychology in 1976 and earned a doctoral degree from The University of Virginia in 1981. She completed an Internship in Clinical Psychology at the Veterans Administration Medical Center-New Orleans and at Tulane Medical Center. Dr. Rogers served on the full-time faculty of Louisiana State University Medical Center for two years before entering private practice in 1983. She joined the New Orleans Psychoanalytic Institute for full clinical psychoanalytic training in 1991. Her primary interests include psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis with adults, adolescents and children. She teaches psychoanalytic candidates and psychoanalytic psychotherapy fellows at the Institute in both the adult and the child programs.
